AN ATTACKER has been told to pay compensation.

Danny Mycock, of St Augustine Road, Southsea, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him in Southsea. He was fined £200.

The 25-year-old was told to pay £25 compensation to the victim by Portsmouth magistrates.

Mycock was ordered to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs.

He was banned from going to The Festing pub in Festing Road, Southsea, for 12 months.
