MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without insurance.

James Short, of St Davids Road, Southsea, admitted committing the offence while driving a Renault Clio in Kingston Road, Portsmouth, on January 12. He was told to pay £150 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates.

He was also banned from driving for two months.
