A TEENAGER has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in public.

Amy Gash, 18, of Wisborough Road, Southsea, admitted committing the offence in Napier Road, Southsea, on May 21. She was fined £50 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates.
