A PROLIFIC thief has been jailed for three months after he was caught stealing two bottles of vodka.

Romas Dikcius, 44, took the alcohol, worth £42, from Tesco in Crasswell Street, Landport, Portsmouth. Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court heard he had a shocking record of similar offences.

Dikcius, of Halliday Crescent, Southsea, pleaded guilty to theft and asked for another offence to be taken into consideration.
