Speed gun checks on Hayling Island
POLICE speed checks are continuing on a busy road where the speed limit was controversially reduced.
Officers on Hayling Island are monitoring the speed of cars along Havant Road, where the limit was changed from 40mph to 30mph in September.
PC Simon Smith said: ‘Speeding is still the hot topic for the community. We will still continue to do speed gunning around the island.’
