'˜Steering with his knees' '“ Driver caught with '˜mobile phone in each hand'
A driver has been arrested in Portsmouth for allegedly driving while using two mobile phones.
Hampshire police said the driver was spotted in Goldsmith Avenue, Southsea, using his knees to steer the car.
The force’s Roads Policing Unit posted on Twitter and said: ‘Driver stopped using two mobile phones, yes one in each hand! Steering with his knees!
‘Off to explain all to the magistrates.’
