POLICE were called to a secondary school after an incident involving two pupils.

Officers went to The Petersfield School, in Cranford Road, Petersfield today at 9.35am to investigate an assault involving two teenage female students.

A police spokesman said that a 15-year-old girl had been taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham to be treated for a minor injury to her chest.

They said that a 14-year-old girl had been arrested in connection with their enquiries.
