TEN vehicles have been seized by police in one month in Fareham during a crackdown on road traffic offences.

Fareham neighbourhood police set road traffic offences as one of its priorities after residents flagged it up as an area of concern.

Last month the roads policing unit seized 10 vehicles for offences including cars without tax and being driven with no insurance and without a licence.

Sergeant Mark Lampner said: ‘Police will continue to target drivers who commit traffic offences or drive vehicles in an anti-social manner.’
