Attempt murder probe: second man arrested

AROUND £2,000 was stolen from the hand of a cash and carry store customer.

The victim, aged 26, had been walking into Booker Cash and Carry, in Williams Road, Hilsea, just before midday on Friday.

Another man walked up behind him and pulled a bag containing the money out of his hand before jumping into a waiting white van with two other men inside.

The main offender is described as a white male, in his late 20s, clean-shaven with dark hair, athletic build, wearing a half-sleeve T-shirt, dark shorts and black Nike flip-flops.
