A BLACK and gold samurai sword has been stolen from a house.

Police officers are appealing for witnesses to the burglary, which happened between August 2 and August 11 in Sea View Road, Farlington, to come forward.

The sword is 3ft and has specific markings and a tag.

Anyone who saw suspicious activity on these days or the days leading up to August 2 should contact the Eastern Investigation Team at Fratton Police Station.
