DRINK-DRIVER Jamie Duff has been banned from the roads.

Duff, 29, from Kestrel Place, Portsmouth, admitted driving a Suzuki Baleno on the M27 after drinking too much.

A test revealed his breath contained 68 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mcg.

Duff was fined £470 and told to pay £55 costs and £15 to crime victims.

He was banned from driving for three years by Fareham magistrates. The ban could be reduced by nine months if he completes a driving course.
