YOBS threw fireworks at a woman on her doorstep.

A 52-year-old woman, in Wheatlands, Titchfield Common, opened her front door to find three males who threw lit bangers at her, one of which struck her leg. She was not injured.

The suspects then fled at about 4pm on June 17.

All three are in their late teens to early 20s, but the main suspect is described as 5ft 9ins to 6ft, and slim.

He wore a white, short-sleeved T-shirt and blue jeans.

PC Lisa Edmundson said: ‘It appears these individuals were trying to post the fireworks through the letterbox and were interrupted.

‘This is a very serious incident that could have resulted in significant injury.’
