TWO men have been charged by police as part of an initiative to reduce crime among Eastern Europeans.

Police in Bognor Regis are aiming to cut crime and reduce vulnerability among the community.

Adam Doczyk, 36, of Wellington Road, Bognor, has been remanded in custody after being charged with blackmail and common assault.

Two other people – a 19-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman, both from Bognor – were arrested in relation to the same incident and are on police bail.

Following a search at an address in Aldwick Road, Bognor, a 23-year-old man has been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and amphetamine.

Hubert Muszynski, of Glamis Street, Bognor, will appear before Chichester Magistrates on August 22.

Sergeant Rachel Glenton, who heads Operation Accent, said: ‘The prosecution of these two men results from proactive police enquiries.’
