Two men pitching tent near M275 in Portsmouth moved on
TWO men were moved on by police after trying to pitch a tent near a busy roundabout.
Hampshire police said two men were given a notice to move on under the Vagrancy Act yesterday near Rudmore Roundabout near the M275. No criminal offences were committed.
A police spokesman said: ‘It was two chaps with a tent who looked like they might be pitching their tent. We don’t really want people pitching a tent on or near the roundabout.’
