Paedophile who molested boy with autism at Portsmouth Harbour train station is jailed for five years

MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to do 200 hours of unpaid work for growing cannabis.

Vincent Simpkins, 53, of Cyprus Road, Portsmouth, admitted producing 12 plants of the class B drug between May 2 and 4, 2017, in Emsworth.

Portsmouth magistrates imposed a community order.

Simpkins must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
