A TOWN centre road has been closed off by police.

Osborn Road in Fareham has been closed both ways between Osborn Road South and the High Street.

A police spokeswoman said: ‘We were called just before 7am regarding a concern for welfare in Osborn Road, Fareham.

‘We are currently at the scene along with colleagues from South Central Ambulance Service.’

The multi-storey car park is also closed and Fareham Council has said it will be closed all day.
