A MAN who was caught hiding in toilets so he could watch women for his own sexual gratification has been sentenced.

Douglas Andrew Miller also offered two young girls money to perform a sex act on him, Chichester Crown Court heard.

The 27-year-old, formerly of Hambrook, whose listed address is Graylingwell Drive, Chichester, peered over the cubicle of a toilet in The Regis pub in Bognor, leaving a nine-year-old girl ‘petrified’, the court was told.

The judge heard Miller has paranoid schizophrenia, made worse by his addiction to drugs.

Earlier this year Miller approached two girls, at Portfield Football Club’s old ground in Chichester and offered them £30 to perform a sex act on him. He was sentenced, under the Mental Health Act, to be detained in hospital for an indeterminate length of time.
