Wanted man with Portsmouth connections is found
A WANTED man who had often been seen in Portsmouth has been returned to prison.
Henry Williams, 24, also known as Henry Butler, of Banbury, was wanted on recall to prison after he did not attend approved accommodation on his release. After a public appeal he was spotted and returned to jail.
