JEWELLERY was stolen from two homes in Southsea, prompting police to issue a warning to residents.

The burglaries happened at an address in Clarence 
Parade and a flat in Netley Mansions in South Parade overnight between Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18.

Police warned residents to lock doors and windows, especially when going out.
