A MOTORIST was driving while more than three times the alcohol limit.

Leslie Wright, 62, of Newtown Road, Warsash, admitted driving a Freelander in Emsworth Close, Emsworth, while over the limit on October 20. A test revealed his breath contained 100 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.

Wright was banned from driving for two years and told not to leave home between 7pm and 7am from Monday to Friday for three months and pay £85 costs.
