A MAN caught being drunk and disorderly in public has been given a conditional discharge.

Eugen Voinea, 40, of Laurus Close, Waterlooville, admitted committing the offence in Rowan Road, Havant, on December 9.

Voinea was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime and £15 in court costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
