A MAN admitted being drunk and disorderly in public.

Joseph Gilmour, of Holly Drive, Waterlooville, committed the offence in Mill Road, Waterlooville, on September 30.

The 33-year-old was given a six-month conditional discharge by Portsmouth magistrates.
