A DRINK-driver has been fined.

Stephen Butler pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Megane in Hambledon Road, Waterlooville, while more than twice the legal alcohol limit.

A test revealed his breath contained 95 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.

The legal limit is 35mg.

The 54-year-old, from Glamis Close, Waterlooville, was fined £250 by Fareham magistrates.

He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 into a fund for victims of crime.

Magistrates also banned Butler from driving for two years.
