MAGISTRATES have ordered a man who was drunk and disorderly to pay £85.

Kemal Askoy, 44, of The Glade, Waterlooville, was arrested in London Road, North End. Portsmouth magistrates gave him a 12-month conditional discharge after he admitted being drunk and disorderly.
