SHERRY thief Danny Gattrell has been given a six-month conditional discharge.

Gattrell, 24, who lives care of Kingfisher Close, Waterlooville admitted stealing a £3.22 bottle of sherry from Asda at The Bridge Centre in Fratton. He was ordered to pay £50 in court costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
