Attempt murder probe: second man arrested

A THIEF stole cash and jewellery from a shop in Leigh Park.

A 22-year-old shop worker was closing the Cheque Centre store in the Greywell Shopping Precinct.

He was approached by a man who demanded he hand over money. The victim took the man into the shop and handed over some cash and jewellery. The thief was white and in his 20s.

He was 5ft 9in and wore a black hooded top with dark blue jeans and black gloves.

Anyone with information should contact Waterlooville CID on 101. It happened at 5.30pm on Wednesday.
