Woman is third person to be arrested after Crookhorn shooting

Police have arrested a third person following the shooting of a man in Athena Avenue, Crookhorn at about 12.50am today.

A 31-year-old woman from Waterlooville has been arrested on suspicion of conspiring to murder.

The two people who were arrested earlier today on suspicion of attempted murder, a 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, are still in police custody.

Residents have spoken of their shock at the incident.
