TWO men have admitted an attempted burglary.

Paul Davis, 47, and Troy Evans, 20, entered a home in The Gardens, Bishop’s Waltham, with intent to steal.

Fareham magistrates sentenced Davis, of Penfords Paddock, Bishop’s Waltham, to a 12-week suspended jail term and told him to pay £75.

He was put under supervision for a year and told to have 12 months of alcohol dependency treatment.

Evans, of Cricklewood Close, Bishop’s Waltham, was told to do 100 hours of unpaid work in the next year and ordered to pay £150.
