TRANSPORT police are appealing for information after a Fareham teenager was robbed at a railway station.

The 14-year-old was waiting for a train when a man took his phone from his hand and asked for the password.

When the boy refused to tell him, he asked for money instead and the victim handed over £6.

It happened at St Denys station on September 30 at around 4.30pm, but police have only just released details.

Detectives have also released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.
