TWO cars hit bicycles in two separate incidents last night.

The first happened by the junction of High Street and Museum Street, in Old Portsmouth, just after 7.30pm.

A green BMW was in collision with a push bike.

An ambulance and rapid response vehicle was called to the incident.

The cyclist was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham.

Then at 11.06pm another vehicle hit a cyclist in Twyford Avenue, Stamshaw.

The make and model of the car is unknown and the cyclist was taken to QA to be treated for minor injuries.
