Portsmouth Hospitals charity is looking for two enthusiastic cyclists to take part in a London-to-Brighton bike ride.

Cyclists taking on the 54-mile challenge will start in the middle of the capital, before making their way through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Health to finally finish in Brighton.

The charity, which supports all of the wards and departments across Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, is encouraging people to help raise funds for several different charities.

Riders don’t need to have any previous experience with long distance bike rides, just the drive to take on a new challenge.

The ride will take place on Sunday, September 6.
