AN illustrated talk is being given on the operation to salvage classified material from a ship that sank during the Falklands War.

HMS Coventry sank in May 1982 with many losses of life, taking with her classified information that needed to be recovered.

John Dadd, the diving supervisor on Operation Blackleg, is giving a talk on Saturday at 7pm at the Diving Musuem in Gosport.

Tickets cost £6 at the door and includes drinks and nibbles.
