SAILORS on board a Royal Navy minehunter have been showing off their connections with her namesake town.

HMS Ledbury’s commanding officer and navigating officer were hosted by the town council and given a tour of the area in Herefordshire.

At the end of the visit, the Portsmouth-based ship’s commanding officer Lieutenant Commander Simon Pressdee presented the town with a ship’s crest.
