NELSON’S victory at the Battle of Trafalgar will be commemorated at a public ceremony next week.

People who want to mark the 206th anniversary of the naval hero’s triumph over the French and Spanish fleets can do so at a short service on Portsdown Hill on October 21 – Trafalgar Day. It happens at 10.45am at the Nelson Monument on Portsdown Hill.
