TRAIN passengers can expect delays as all Portsmouth lines will close due to maintenance work.

On November 12, services to the city will be diverted.

The lines between Havant and Cosham will remain open.

Services between London Waterloo and Portsmouth via Haslemere will be replaced by buses between Havant and Portsmouth Harbour.

Services between London Waterloo and Portsmouth via Eastleigh and Fareham will be diverted to run to and from Havant. Connecting bus services will run between Cosham and Portsmouth Harbour.

South Western Railway services between Southampton Central and Portsmouth will be diverted to run to and from Havant. Connecting bus services will run between Cosham and Portsmouth Harbour.
