MEMBERS of a mental health support group are asking the public to donate stationery to help schools abroad.

The Give, Gain and Grow volunteers in Gosport want people to give exercise books, pencils, pens and rubbers for children in deprived schools in Kosovo.

They will then pass them to the Hope and Aid Direct charity, which aims to give each child three exercise books, three pencils, a pen and rubber.

People can donate on Wednesday, February 13 between 11am to 1pm at the Royal Navy Association Club Lounge in Fareham Road, Gosport.
