A MAN has been fined for speeding and refusing to take a breath test.

Kevin Carasco, 26, of Javelin Road, Emsworth, pleaded guilty to speeding on the M275, and was fined £200.

He was found guilty of failing to provide a breath test when asked, and was ordered to pay a fine of £600.

He was also made to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £700 court costs.

Fareham magistrates have also disqualified him from holding a driving licence for 16 months.
