A REUNION will take place at a Gosport college to mark its 25th birthday.

The first intake of 250 students and staff at St Vincent College are being invited to the celebrations on Saturday, June 30 from 11am.

It is being organised by former student Jess Cully, who joined the Sixth Form College 25 years ago.

Assistant Principal Colin Farmery, who has worked at the college since 1989 himself, said: ‘The open day will be a chance for anyone who has a connection with the St Vincent campus, whether as a college, school or naval base to come along and take a trip down memory lane, but it will be a special moment if we can reunite that first year.

‘We also hope our local community will come along too and see some of the significant investment we have made in the site recently.’

There will be guided tours of the historic campus, an art show, music and performances, an ex-staff against ex-students football match and a reception for present and former staff.
