FAREHAM College catering students cooked up a storm at a culinary contest.
Eight hospitality and catering students won 10 medals between them at the Wessex Salon Culinaire in four categories: live hot, live cold, restaurant and display.
Level 3 hospitality student Amy-Louise Casserley won a silver medal for cocktails and coffee. She said: ‘The competition was nerve-wracking and exciting and I am so proud to have won.’
Oliver Beezer, Jordan Clarke, Georgia Bell, Scarlet Wells, Kayleigh Kerrision and Lucy Vasilli were also honoured.
