TEENAGERS can work out in special gym sessions for young people.

Horizon Leisure Centres has re-launched its workout for peope, aged between 10 and 15 years old at Havant and Waterlooville leisure centres.

There are weekend sessions as well as two new mid-week sessions. There is a free induction and all equipment is fitted with headphone adapters to enable users to watch television while working out.

Will Jones, from Horizon Leisure Trust, said: ‘Teen workout provides an activity suitable for all teenagers – even those who dislike PE and other organised sport. It a safe, affordable opportunity for teenagers to engage in a healthy lifestyle and socialise with others of a similar age.’
