STUDENTS are helping to develop a website for a charity.

Students from Havant Sixth Form College are working with Havant-based Chaos Support, assisting with the development of their new website.

Chaos is an independent organisation which works to help bridge the gap between school and adulthood.

It supports young adults with learning disabilities.

Head of careers Sue Holly and student welfare and guidance officer Trish Thorn visited the centre in September to establish links between Chaos and the college.

Matthew Charters, service manager for Chaos, said: ‘The relationship we have formed with the college has provided us with excellent support and help in developing opportunities for young adults.

‘We have been able to benefit from the skills the students have, from websites to social work.

‘We’ve been impressed and delighted by the professionalism and commitment they have shown.’
