Hampshire mums are due to protest outside Winchester’s Council Chamber today from 7am to 7pm.

The 12-hour strike is being held to make clear to Hampshire County Council how strongly the mothers feel about the loss of so many children’s centres in the area.

Kate Reynolds, one of the organisers of the protest said: ‘They haven’t listened and we’ve had enough.’
