Colleges team up to help Carillion apprentices

THE Mary Rose Museum has been awarded an £8,500 grant for educational resources.

National education charity the Ernest Cook Trust awarded the grant to help boost children’s reading, writing and maths.

The Mary Rose Trust, which runs the museum at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, aims to improve the literacy and numeracy workshops it already delivers to visiting schools.
