PUPILS at a Waterlooville school had a visit from the Royal Navy.

Hart Plain Infant School children recently visited HMS Victory to find out about life in Nelson’s time.

Yesterday, Leading Seaman Katie Anelli and AB Richard Stewart brought the modern navy to life with pictures and plenty of uniform for the children to try on.

Raizel Nunez, seven, said: ‘It was fantastic, we got to learn lots of things about the navy.

‘The best bit was trying on the clothes although they were very hot.’
