FIVE students will get the chance to put their questions to the founder of Wikipedia.

Highbury College students will have the opportunity to question Jimmy Wales at an event hosted by the Gazelle Colleges Group.

The event, called Accelerate 2013, will involve some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs including Betfair co-founder Ed Wray, School for Startups founder Doug Richard and Ella’s Kitchen founder Paul Lindley.

The Gazelle Colleges Group, of which Highbury is a member college, is sponsoring Accelerate 2013, a business festival. The group was formed to encourage their students to be more entrepreneurial.

College principal Stella Mbubaegbu, said: ‘A big part of our remit as a Gazelle entrepreneurial college is to give our students the opportunities to meet and learn from the best in the business.

‘It’s a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their entrepreneurial flair on the national stage at one of the UK’s biggest business events.’

The event will take place in Liverpool today.
