THERE’S still time to enter a national journalism competition and win £250.

To celebrate its 60th birthday, the National Council for the Training of Journalists launched its Stars of the Future contest.

Journalists aged 16 to 18 need to write a story of around 200 words on an issue in the Portsmouth area, which has not been reported on previously and contains an original quote,

Entries must be submitted to priya.mistry@thenews.co.uk by May 27.
