ONE of the country’s most respected food writers will visit West Sussex next month.

Prue Leith will be speaking about her new biography when she visits Chichester library, in Tower Street.

Prue is perhaps most well-known in recent years for appearing on BBC’s Great British Menu series.

Her illustrious career has included opening a Michelin-starred restaurant and writing a cookery book.

She has also published a number of romantic novels.

Lionel Barnard, in charge of libraries in West Sussex, said: ‘This is a great opportunity for budding chefs and novelists to pick up a number of top tips.’

Prue will visit Chichester at 7.30pm on Tuesday, October 30.

Tickets cost £3 and are available at the library.
