A STUDENT from Chichester College has been named National Entrepreneur of the Year by TV Dragon Peter Jones.

Rob Nunn, 18, studied within the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, which is run at the college.

During his time there, Rob successfully secured mentoring and investment from local businesses to launch a social enterprise Youth Aviation Fund.

It provides opportunities for young people to learn how to fly and start their career as a pilot.

Rob’s award was presented to him by Peter Jones, who said: ‘Rob was simply outstanding.

‘He has superb presence, an outstanding commitment to the academy and a driving ambition to succeed in his own entrepreneurial endeavours.’

Rob added: ‘Being named National Entrepreneur of the Year by the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy was mind-blowing – absolutely unexpected but an amazing award to win.’
