AFTERNOON tea will be on offer for people to enjoy at one of Fareham’s parks.

On Friday, May 25, afternoon tea will be served at Sensory Garden, a Green Flag park in Osborn Road at 1pm.

There will be a talk and demonstration on the more exotic side of gardening with a guest speaker.

Councillor Connie Hockley, the executive member for leisure and community on Fareham Borough Council, said: ‘This is a great event that gives people the opportunity to take in the beautiful surroundings of Sensory Garden, as well as gaining expert advice on exotic plants and flowers.’

Tickets cost £4 and are available from Fareham Tourist Information Centre. Call 01329 221342.
