Family-friendly festival to return to Portsmouth

The second annual Charmed Life Festival is back and its organiser said there is something for everyone.

The event will take place at Victoria Park, Stanhope Road, Portsmouth, from 11.30am-11.30pm.

Organiser Gareth Wright said: '˜It's a family-friendly festival with lots of local artists and bands playing, plus local traders will be there.
